Refund policy

Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery scan).

  • Items must be in the exact condition received: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with no odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.

  • If the item arrived with tags, original tags must be intact.

  • Final Sale items (if marked) and gift cards are not eligible for return.

  • International purchases are final sale, not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Sign in to your account using the email you used at checkout.

  2. Open your order and click Request return within 5 days of delivery.

  3. Select the item(s) and reason, then submit your request.

  4. You will receive an approval email with instructions if your return is accepted.

(Return requests submitted after the 5-day window, or items that do not meet the condition requirements, will be declined.)

Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and may use any trackable carrier.

  • We recommend purchasing insurance, as Marée is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (processing times vary by bank, typically 5–10 business days).
  • Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

  • Items returned outside the timeframe or not meeting requirements may be refused or refunded partially at our discretion.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (including photos) so we can resolve the issue quickly.
