Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• We offer standard shipping within the United States based on order weight. Flat rates will be calculated at checkout.
  

Delivery Estimates

• Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Shipping Promotion Policy

• Domestic shipping promotions may be offered periodically. If an eligible (non–final sale) item is returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International Shipping

• At checkout, we collect estimated duties and taxes for many international orders to help make delivery as smooth as possible. In some cases, your country’s customs authority or the carrier may still assess additional charges upon arrival (for example, based on local rules, reclassification, inspections, or valuation). If any extra fees are required, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Packaging
Each Marée dress is carefully packed and shipped in a protective mailer or box to preserve its condition.

Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Marée is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a carrier has marked them as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly with any delivery issues.
